With the school year, finals and grades truly speeding up, I feel like having a relaxing song is essential. “Wildfire” has a slow, calming melody from start to finish and also has gentle lyrics that are sure to make anyone feel good.
Eating At You – The Murlocs

“Eating At You” by the gnarly Murlocs is more melancholic than their conventional compositions. The bluesy guitar and harmonica kick the track off, but it’s Ambrose Kenny-Smith’s vocals about loveable yet self-destructive mates that give the song emotional weight.

Calling all Barbz! The queen of rap released her new album and this song is an absolute hit. The iconic rap trio makes this song the most popular listen on the album. Each verse flows perfectly together and the vocals in the back make the song a mesmerizing listen.
Top Again – Audrey Nuna (feat Saba)

This track from Audrey Nuna’s debut album, “a liquid breakfast,” is super smooth and features a standout verse from Saba. Nuna switches back and forth from an effortless flow to velvety vocals.

This track from Marco Luka is his most raw song to date. The lyrics, “how could you tell me you’re moving on? /you know right here is where you belong /I let you in just to do me wrong,” are meant to be screamed like the person who did you wrong is right in front of you.

Released as the first track of her debut album, “SOUR,” Olivia Rodrigo brings in vibes similar to her single “good 4 u.” Rodrigo shows how diverse her writing style really is, as this single is full of grunge and angst, yet the rest of the album expresses other aspects of the SOUR-ness she feels.
Mouse Keeper- Girlfriend on The Moon

This is the bands first single release and is a great introduction to this group for those that need something soft and sad, but beautiful. The lyrics, although sung gently, paint a vivid picture telling a story.
Pollyanna – Green Day

This song really taps into early Green Day, in my opinion, however it is a little bit slower. Yet it is distinct and just as fun. It is the perfect song to get you excited for their Hella Mega Tour this summer.
