Covid friendly Central Coast date ideas
Has ‘rona been a mood killer for your dating game recently? Yeah, same here.
That’s why I’ve been brainstorming the best ways for you to get out and have a good date with your S.O. without having to deal with being in contact with strangers.
Not only have I drafted date ideas for you, but playlists and Pinterest boards to help you get just the vibe you were going for:
Picnic
We all know you can’t go wrong with a picnic. Grab a blanket and a speaker, fill a basket with food and off you go to your favorite spot. My personal favorite is Terrace Hill!

Stargazing
Stargazing is one of my favorites! Dress warm though, because temperatures along the Central Coast drop fast once that sun disappears. A good place I’ve found is Margo Dodd Park in Pismo Beach.

Baking
Cute aprons, mini food fights, dancing around to the music playing around you… Can a date get any cuter? Baking is the perfect activity for a couple that loves to try new things, but also really appreciate a night in.

Pillow Fort
Here’s another one for the couples that love being homebodies. Comfy up and binge a Netflix series — maybe even wear matching pajamas, who knows? No matter what you decide to do, the pillow fort better be exquisite.

Sunset
What a beautiful way to end the day… Whether you drive to your favorite spot on a hill, at a beach or watch from the comfort of your own backyard, sunsets are always gorgeous.

Study
I know you can’t ALWAYS have time to go out on normal dates as a full-time student, so don’t worry! I have something for you, too. Bring your study materials, grab a coffee or tea from your favorite spot and put on this playlist!

Painting
This one’s for all you art-lovers. Buy some paints and canvases from Michael’s or another craft store of your choice and set up outside on a blanket or even in your own home. The options of what to paint are endless, from a portrait of your date to random shapes!
