Cal Poly’s Up & Up team proved that the EDM scene is thriving in San Luis Obispo, bringing performances from Matroda, EVO, 8ON and Jax B2B Clarkë at the Madonna Expo Center on October 30. For the second time this year, Cal Poly students won the Up and Up College Festival Series presale competition. The 48-hour contest rewards college towns with the most ticket sales performances from prominent names in the EDM scene.
Matroda performed a headlining set for the contest’s winners, who excitedly surrounded the 360 stage.
