We’re all exhausted. It’s the time of year where Cal Poly’s fast-paced environment pushes students to perform at their peak.
Yet, for many, the burnout is real. Whether you’re falling behind in a class, losing time for hobbies, letting go of artistic outlets or even feeling it online across social media, this edition of The Peak explores your experiences.
Burnout can happen to anyone. That mental exhaustion creeps up on us when we feel overworked, undervalued or unable to meet constant pressures.
With this issue of The Peak, we hope the voices of students from different backgrounds, majors and personalities reflect a shared condition and speak to their experiences.
