English musician Paul McCartney will play at the Santa Barbara Bowl on Sept. 26 to kick off his highly anticipated Got Back North America Tour 2025, which will begin three days after his surprise visit to the Central Coast.
According to the Santa Barbara Bowl website, the former member of The Beatles is doing an intimate, phone-free, one-night only performance.
Tickets can be purchased through a lottery-based registration system and will not be sold at the Bowl Box Office, the website said. Registration opened Monday at 8 a.m. and ends Tuesday at 10 p.m. PST. Fans will be notified if given the opportunity to join the ticket offer between Sept. 21 through Sept. 22.
Ticket prices range from $362.50 to $562.50, depending on seating. The website said tickets are limited to two per person and are non-transferable.
Attendees are instructed to secure their phones in Yondr pouches upon arrival to Bowl, the website said. Guests are only permitted to use their phones in the designated Phone Use Areas, and event organizers suggest concertgoers bring credit cards for purchases inside the venue. Phone usage violations during the performance will result in removal from the venue.
The gates for McCartney will open at 6:30 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30 p.m., according to the website.
