Social Media Giveaway Rules:

Eligibility:

1. Must follow or be following @kcpr913 on Instagram
2. Must “like” the giveaway post
3. Must tag a minimum of one Instagram user in the comments section of the giveaway post on Instagram
   • Posting additional comments or tagging additional users does not increase the chances of winning the giveaway
4. One entry per user will be considered in the giveaway

Winner Selection Process:

1. Giveaway winners will be chosen randomly from the comments. Winners will be notified within 14 business days upon conclusion of the published giveaway close date
2. Giveaway winners will be direct-messaged on Instagram and must provide the full names of attendees, and additional contact information if requested, by the deadline provided
3. Users must forfeit the prize and a different giveaway winner will be chosen if accurate and complete attendee names or requested contact information is not provided by the stated deadline

Users who participate in the following will have their entry disqualified from the giveaway:

1. Spamming the comments section of the giveaway post on Instagram
2. Tagging the same user more than once in the comments section of the giveaway post on Instagram
3. Commenting on the giveaway post on Instagram from more than one Instagram account
4. Tagging your own Instagram account or another Instagram account you run

Outside Lands Raffle Rules:

1. Raffle tickets are $5 each
   • No cash transactions
2. Unlimited entries are allowed
3. Entries can be filled out on behalf of a different person
4. Entries must be made in person, we do not accept online entries
5. Giveaway winners will be chosen randomly from the jar of tickets. Drawing will take place within 5 business days upon close of the published end of the KCPR Pledge Drive
   • Winners for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place must be different persons
6. Giveaway winners will be contacted via email and/or text message and must respond to KCPR within 5 business days or they will be disqualified for their respective prize and a new winner will be chosen
   • Winners will be contacted based on the information they provide on their raffle ticket

Audience Survey Contest Rules:

1. Participants in KCPR’s Audience Survey can share their contact information to be entered to win a prize
2. Individuals must fill out KCPR’s Audience Survey and share their contact information at the end of the survey to be entered to win
3. Multiple entries will not improve an individual’s chance of winning. One entry per user will be considered in the giveaway
4. The winner will be contacted after the survey closes via the contact information they provided. The winner must respond to KCPR within 5 business days or they will be disqualified for their respective prize and a new winner will be chosen

Eligibility: KCPR sweepstakes are open to all legal U.S. residents in the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, except employees, directors and officers (or any persons who have been employees, directors or officers in the past twelve months) of KCPR (“sponsor”), California Polytechnic State University Journalism Department, or prize suppliers and their affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families or household members of each. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
