DESCRIPTION:Jeffrey Williams\, better known as Young Thug\, is a hip-hop artist from Atlanta\, Georgia. He has been on the scene since 2010\, and has some impressive accolades to his name including having featured “About the Money” and “Lifestyle” which made it to number 16 on the Billboard Hot 100. Young Thug started to thrive on the scene with the release of a couple of mix tapes that were part of the “I Came From Nothing” project\, which captured the attention of many between 2011 and 2012 including that of the rapper Gucci Mane\, who employed Young Thug\, signing him to his 1017 Brick Squad Records. He released his first project under the label\, entitled “1017 Thug”\, which was hailed as having a distinctly original style. It made a few end of year lists of 2013 such as Rolling Stone who put it at number 10 Best Mixtapes of 2013\, and then The Guardian put it in their top five of 2013. Complex put him in the 25 New Rappers to Watch Out For list. He managed to have his song “Danny Glover” remixed by Waka Flocka Flame\, Nicki Minaj\, and more. He also performed at Fool’s Gold Day Off performance in Miami alongside Trick Daddy and Travis Scott. It was highly publicized that on January 18th 2014\, Young Thug was offered $1.5 million to sign to Freebandz record label. It was later made a little more transparent that Young Thug had signed a management deal with Birdman’s Rich Gang. 2014\, saw him record with Kanye West\, feature on the cover of The Fader\, release his debut single “Stoner” on March 11th 2014. He later announced that the album would be called “Carter VI”.

SUMMARY:Sango @ SOhO Restaurant and Music Club
DESCRIPTION:Sango is a Seattle based producer who is most known for his remixes of Aaliyah\, Drake\, Little Dragon\, Nas\, The Weeknd\, his debut album ‘North’\, and his Baile Funk EP series “Da Rocinha”. He is apart of the Los Angeles collective Soulection. At the young age of 12\, Sango started producing music alongside his older brother and his friends. His work mainly focuses on hip-hop\, and soul influenced beats that over the years have been able to come together as his own distinctive innovative sound. \nApart from producing\, Sango is a graphic designer. He has designed all of his releases up to date\, which has shown that he is more than just a producer\, but an artist in his own right. He has been featured on numerous publications for his self-disclosing interviews and tracks\, such as Fader\, Drake’s OVO blog\, XLR8R\, Noisey\, Fader\, Complex\, and more. \nOver the last few years while releasing his Da Rocinha series\, Sango has toured 50 + cities worldwide and played some of the worlds biggest festivals. His high energy live set is constantly in demand. While touring his Da Rocinha projects and live set around the world\, Sango has been producing for some of the industry’s hottest acts. Sango has produced for Tinashe\, Bryson Tiller\, Mick Jenkins\, GoldLink\, Wale & more. \nKeep an eye on Sango\, as his quickly growing fan base\, and worldwide critically acclaimed music is only expanding in 2017 as he prepares to release his first major commercial record.
