DESCRIPTION:Damien Sneed will be performing a night of tribute to Aretha Franklin\, paying homage to some of her hits\, including “Respect” and “Natural Woman.” Sneed’s multi-media show will be backed by a cast of jazz\, gospel\, and soul musicians and vocalists and featured alongside singer-songwriter Valerie Simpson. There will be a pre-performance lecture with Dr. Joye Carter and Alicia Moretti in the PAC Pavillion.
